Vertical Aerospace is a British eVTOL manufacturer headquartered in Bristol and listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker EVTL. In December 2025 the company unveiled Valo, a piloted four-seat aircraft that succeeds the VX4 prototype and carries the production configuration forward; company material gives it a range of up to 100 miles and a cruise of up to 150 mph, with four seats at launch and a stated path to six.
